Derrick white
Derrick White, PT
Derrick graduated from Marshall University in spring of 2018. He started at HPT shortly after. Derrick enjoys working with patients of all ages and demographics but is especially interested in orthopedics and sports medicine. Whether its rehabilitating an athlete toward returning to the field or the average person back to their work or previous functional ability, he is proud to work with individuals to reach their specific goals. Derrick is currently participating in an Orthopedic Residency Program through Evidence in Motion. Following the program, he will sit for the board exam to become a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.
Derrick is from Wayne, WV and attended Marshall University during his undergraduate studies as well. He received his BS in Exercise Science in 2014. He currently lives in Lavalette, WV with his wife. Outside of HPT he enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and is an avid sports fan.
