Catherine Bowyer has been with HPT since June 2023. She returned to Huntington after working as a physical therapist in Clarksville, TN where she gained experience working with active duty military and veterans of all ages. She graduated from Marshall University in May 2020 with a B.S. in Biomechanics. She obtained her doctorate in physical therapy from Marshall University in May 2023.
Catherine enjoys working with patients of all ages and abilities and takes pride in helping her patients achieve their movement and fitness goals. She enjoys integrating many different treatment techniques into her sessions to help patients reach their highest potential. She is also certified in dry needling, which is utilized to release muscle tension, reduce pain, improve function and mobility, and speed up recovery.
In her free time, Catherine enjoys being outdoors with her husband and son, catching up with family and friends, and unwinding with episodes of The Office.
