Kevin J. Burton, ATC, Med
Kevin has been a resident of Huntington and an employee of HPT since 1993. He has served as Clinical Director since the fall of 2005. Kevin received his Bachelors degree in Sports Medicine from Marshall University in 1988 and his Masters degree in Education in 1992. He is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association, and has been certified in his field since 1989.
Kevin specializes in treating patients with knee, shoulder, and ankle injuries, especially ACL ligament injuries, postoperative knee patients, and elbow ulnar collateral ligament injuries (i.e. "Tommy John"). Kevin handles most of HPT's custom bracing program. He serves as clinical instructor with Marshall University's Athletic Training curriculum and provides extended sports medicine services to the Thundering Herd athletic teams.
Kevin is an avid golfer and is married with two sons.
